Shipping policy

Free Shipping

All orders that meet the pre-tax threshold of $50.00 USD are eligible for free shipping in the United States. Orders outside the United States are not currently eligible for free shipping.

Who Pays for Shipping

For all US orders below $50.00 USD, shipping will be paid by the customer and the shipping service will be through USPS Ground Advantage or a similar service. Likewise, for all international orders outside the US, shipping, VAT, extra charges, customs fees, duties, or other fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. When you purchase items from The Toucan Cove, you acknowledge your responsibility to pay these charges or fees in order to receive your item.

Customers will be able to select their shipping service of choice, including expedited shipping options, at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping and handling times may vary by time of year, availability of services, and stock quantities. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days but may take longer. Shipping speeds will depend on your location, time of year, and shipping service selected. If you have a question about an order or want to find the status of your shipment, please use the tracking number provided through SHOP or contact toucan@thetoucancove.com for more information. 

Pre-orders

Pre-orders do not have a defined handling or ship-by date due to varied product release dates, shipping speed, and other factors outside the direct control of The Toucan Cove. Please reach out to toucan@thetoucancove.com for questions regarding the status of your pre-order items.
