Products & Ordering

Why don't you carry [insert specific item]?

While we would love to carry everything possible, some items are too low demand or too bulky to maintain large quantities in our warehouse. The Toucan Cove focuses currently carries major brands such as Pokémon, Re-Ment, Bandai, Good Smile Company, and more.

We hope to expand product selection soon!

Can I request or recommend new products?

We're always happy to hear from the community and stock something if I think there is enough demand for it. While we can't carry everything, if there's something specific you want, feel free to reach out and ask!

In rare cases, we may order something specific just for you as a special one-off pre-order.

Can items be pre-ordered?

Shipping & Returns

How does international shipping work?

International shipping is paid for by the customer, including the cost of duties, tariffs, additional shipping fees at entry, taxes, or any other type of payment or fee imposed by the carrier, port, or local authority.

How are items packaged?

Items purchased from The Toucan Cove are either wrapped in bubble wrap or HexaFill recycled paper filling, ensuring your product is protected at all points of delivery. Void space is filled with excess packing materials or additional quantities of HexaFill. Additionally, the package is wrapped in clear tape to provide support and structure to the box. Always be careful when cutting open a package to avoid damaging the product.

For international packages, we may additionally add cardboard bracing or extra bubble wrap for padding on long-haul trips.

Which items can be returned?

As always, please refer to our full refund policy, shipping policy, and subscription policy for the most up-to-date and complete information.

As a general rule, items that are new and still factory sealed are eligible for a return up to 7 days after the date of delivery. Keep in mind there are a few items that cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • unsealed or opened items
  • items purchased as a pre-order
  • items purchased on discount or sale
  • items purchased as part of a bundle
